During the Post COVID Era

After a challenging period of confinement, Seeloy Island Club will partly re-open its doors as from May 16, 2020.

As the situation remains fragile during the first weeks, we have taken several steps to remain a safe place for our team, members and guests. We will always closely follow the recommendations of the WHO (World Health Organisation) and respect instructions of local authorities.

To help each other during these challenging periods we will incentivise you to frequently use the club with additional rewards and discounts.

Your Journey at Seeloy Island Club:

Welcoming:
You will be welcomed with a traditional “Namaste”. Hand sanitizer will be offered. When needed a temperature check could be done. Guests having a temperature of more than 38 degrees will be politely asked to return or to visit the closest hospital/medical facility. Masks and gloves will be at any time available for your convenience.

Restaurant:
We have reduced the number of tables to maintain social distancing norms of 1 meter. Linen napkins have been replaced with high-quality paper napkins. Our team has been well trained to keep minimum contact and communication. Our menus will be sanitized each time used. However, we encourage you to scan the QR-Code on the table to view our menus on your mobile telephone. Members can use the Club’s mobile App to view the menu and to place orders directly themselves.

Pools:
Water quality of both of our pools is checked daily. We encourage you to keep social distancing whilst enjoying. No beach towel service will be provided. We strongly advise you to bring your own to avoid disappointment.

Boutique Gym:
For your safety, only 10 persons will be allowed in the gym at the same time. The gym will be frequently cleaned/sanitized during the day and might be closed for 30 minutes for disinfection if needed.

We kindly request you to support us by sanitizing your equipment used before leaving the gym.

Sanitizing:
A sanitizing schedule has been put in place. High-risk contact areas will be sanitized hourly. Where applicable our team will wear appropriate protection.

Opening Hours:
We have adjusted our opening hours for the first period after the confinement. This will allow us to keep Seeloy Island Club a safe place.
From May 16, 2020, until May 31, 2020, the Club will be open for Take-Away / Carry Out orders. Tuesday – Sunday and from 1000-1700hr

As from June 02, 2020, the Restaurant and Bar will be opened Tuesday – Sunday and from 1100hr – 2000hr. Last restaurant order will be at 1900hr.
On Mondays, members will be able to use all club facilities, but no Food and Beverage service will be provided.

Online / In House Ordering:
We are excited with our brand-new online ordering module which has been added to our mobile app. Online takeaway ordering has never been so easy! Orders can be picked-up between 1100hr and 2000hr from the club.

Also, in-house ordering can be conveniently done with the App. No need to ask for the menu as you have all available on your mobile device! Order directly from your table or whilst enjoying the sun on L’Estuaire beach.
